The Annual Council Meeting 2015 was held at Sevenoaks Rugby Club at Knole Paddock, Plymouth Dr, Sevenoaks TN13 3RP on Friday 30th October commencing at 12.30pm. Sevenoaks Council Chairman Mr Phil McGarvey will attend and make a welcoming speech.

All Parish Council Members were invited to attend, together with our own District Representatives and Kent’s Governing Bodies for Sport. Our Local Authority Representatives were also invited.

This is an informal gathering, minutes are not taken, where attendees are invited to liaise with the charity and provides a chance for us to report on events to date.A buffet lunch with refreshments and wine will be available. For further details please contact Secretary Paul Peacock.
