Given the significance this year of the London Olympics and the celebration of Her Majesty The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee the Association for the first time ever, is writing to every school in Kent to request they consider the KCPFA as one of their charitable nominations during this special year.

The Queen as Patron of the National Playing Fields Association has long been involved with the playing fields movement and her grandson Prince William is leading the QE11 Challenge (details below).

It is hoped that funds raised may be distributed to young people in full time education to help fulfill their sporting ambitions.
